I am a mortgage loan officer licensed in the State of Kentucky, NMLS #6395. This is my personal site. My expertise is the financing of residential real estate. I am not an attorney, CPA, Realtor®, financial advisor or credit counselor. If you need help in any of the areas covered by those professions I strongly urge you to seek out a professional that is properly licensed to answer your questions. However, I am an expert on matters of financing real estate and have a very strong understanding of how that system works. The fields of legal, accounting, marketing, planning, credit and financing all overlap and are included in every mortgage transaction to some degree. Therefore it is not possible to write on the subject of structuring a mortgage to the borrower’s best interest without occasionally touching on all of these areas. The information contained on this blog is offered freely to anyone interested in the subject and is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
